any of our romantic rooms, plus a 3 course, "Healthy" gourmet breakfast each morning.
Mountain views from any room you chouse. A private trail in our lower meadow offers a
gentle hike with views of Mount Walker. For the more adventures, hike the old logging
road next to the INN, up to Mount Sexton. You will wind though massive sprawling oaks,
old growth of manzanita, seasonal waterfalls dripping down jagged black rocks, large grassy
areas and an abundance of wild life. This hike has plenty of uphill sections.
You will also enjoy views of the Coast Range, Jack's creek, Jumpoff Joe
watersheds and the snow-capped Siskiyous.
BEST OF ALL, with this special "Green Getaway" you will have
the opportunity
to plant a tree in our lower meadow next to the trail.
A plaque with your
name and date on it will be placed next to the tree.
We provide you with the
seedling tree and help in planting it.
Just think how much fun it will be to
return some day to see how
big your tree has grown. A photo of the event is
yours as well.

"Take a Hike" Special!
If you enjoy wildlife, hiking, and spectacular views, you will love this
special. A two night stay in any of our romantic rooms, plus a 3 course,
"Healthy", gourmet breakfast each morning. Mountain views from any room you
choose. Your hike will be on "Jumpin-Jack Trail". A private trail that winds
thought massive sprawling oaks, old growth of manzanita that resembles a
small Japanese-style garden, and an area reminiscent of the Irish country
side, with a seasonal waterfall dripping down jagged black rocks that feed a
grassy area.
The entire trip is around 2.5 miles, and takes about an hour, with plenty of
uphill sections. You will enjoy views of Mount Sexton, the Coast Range,
Jack's creek, Jumpoff Joe watersheds and the snow-capped Siskiyous. If you
want more, we also have all day hikes.
For your Hike you will receive a map of the trail, and can order a packed
lunch if you like.
Our "Take a Hike" packages start at $240 for the two nights, and go to $480
for suites. Rates depend on the room accommodations.
