Flery Manor's Gourmet Breakfast

Peach Yogurt Scones

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups biscuit mix

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons butter

1 egg

3/4 cup peach yogurt

Directions:

​

Preheat over to 425 degrees.  Mix biscuit mix with sugar and stir in beaten egg.  Add yogurt and butter.  (Don't over mix batter.) 

 

Place in greased cake pan and sprinkle with sugar.  Bake 10 to 12 minutes.  Cut into wedges and serve.

Serves 4-6
